Can you take yard waste?
Yes, we can do yard waste. The trailer can only have yard waste, not mixed with household waste. Maximum diameter of trees can be 12” and no longer than 5 feet. No concrete, dirt or gravel can be mixed in either.
Can you take gravel and/or concrete?
We have limited options for transportation and disposal of these items and pricing for this can be negotiated based on availability.
What cannot be placed in the dumpster?
The main items that homes/business have that cannot be placed in the dumpster are: Refrigerators, Freezers, window AC units, Oil based paints, chemicals/solvents and Car tires. A full list of Federally restricted items can be found on our website. NOTE – prohibited items found in the dumpster will be left at the property and/or returned to the property.
How do I rent a dumpster?
We make it very easy. Give us a call, text or email us and we’ll work with you to determine the best size dumpster for your project.
How do I pay for the rental?
We email out an invoice two days prior to your rental that can be paid with a Credit Card or Debit Card. We also can accept cash or check at the time of dumpster drop off. Payment is expected by the time we drop off the dumpster.
How much lead time should we plan on to rent a dumpster?
As a rule of thumb, we suggest booking at least a week in advance of your project, however we often have dumpsters available for next day delivery so always give us a call to check on availability.
What is a 24hr rental as seen on your website?
We offer a discount for customers that can fill the dumpster in 24hrs. We will drop it off first thing in the morning and return the following day, no less than 24hrs and pick it up.
Do you offer discounts or specials on your dumpster rentals?
Yes, we always offer a weekend special. If you rent the dumpster from Saturday morning to Monday morning, we offer it up at the 24hr rate. You get two days for the price of one. If you are a return customer, we also offer a $15 discount on your rental.
Your website states you are insured, why exactly is this important when choosing a dumpster rental company?
We carry a General Liability (G/L) policy as well as commercial insurance on the truck and trailers. This protects both the customer and our company. Accidents can happen and we want to make sure that both our customers and us are covered. The G/L policy will protect you and possibly your homeowner’s insurance in the event of an accident involving one of our dumpsters.
What is a “property friendly dumpster”?
Unlike a traditional roll-off dumpster, ours are on wheels. We can safely place them on your property with minimal impact. You don’t have to worry about damage to your concrete or paved driveway.
How long can I rent the dumpster?
We rent the dumpsters anywhere from 1 to 4 days. Additional days can be negotiated if needed. You can click on our contact form or give us a call/text to book your dumpster.
Do I need to worry about the dumpster being stolen from my property?
We place a lock on the hitch of the trailer to deter anyone from driving away with the trailer. All trailers are insured so there is no liability for the customer in the event something happens. We take the best precautions possible to prevent that from happening.
Are your dumpsters clean?
YES, weather permitting we always wash our dumpsters before dropping them off. We never want our dumpsters to be dirty or smelly, creating a pleasant rental experience each time.
